If you go to Fremont St, the Golden Nugget has the best buffet downtown. Great food, chairs with no arms. If you are disabled, you can go right to the front of the line.

I highly suggest LeBlanc in Cancun. My husband and I went there in August 2006 for two weeks and it was heaven and they cater to people of all size!
