A Registration form and payment must be made separately for each individual attending
With gaming laws, liability, and alcohol being served, the MINIMUM age of 21 is required to attend the Vegas Bash and/or any of its events.
We're sorry but there can be no exceptions to this rule.

If your plans change and you need to cancel you can get a refund up to 45 days from when you registered
After 45 days you can transfer your Bash registration to a friend, please email Brie brie@bbwnetwork.com for instructions on how that is done.
Any refunds will be made in the same manner it was paid.
We are NOT responsible for any charges from PayPal on refunds. To be clear, Paypal charges a fee to use their service of receiving and sending money so when you get your refund those fees will be subtracted from what you get back.
These prices are for all bash functions, in the spirit of meeting new friends and being part of a plus size community, we do NOT have separated event pricing.
Please be aware that at times venue changes may be necessary due to weather for outside events. If we can't party outside we'll move it inside, but the party will go on. Nothing stops our Bashers! (no refunds will be given based on weather and venue changes.)
The Bash is like a buffet, you can pick and choose which events you would like to attend. Your 5 Day Bash registration allows you to attend all events.
